Work we will not take on

We decline engagements where the purpose or the likely effect is unlawful or deceptive. That includes, but is not limited to:

• Sites or campaigns promoting fraud, deceptive claims, or products that cannot lawfully be sold to the intended audience.
• Systems designed to harvest personal data without a lawful basis or to circumvent consent requirements.
• Marketing that misrepresents results, fabricates testimonials, reviews, ratings or endorsements, or impersonates another business.
• Content that harasses, defames, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Infringement of another party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property.
• Search or advertising tactics that violate the published policies of the platform involved.

Client obligations for delivered work

Once work is handed over, you are responsible for how it is used. You agree not to use anything we build in a way that breaches this policy, the terms of a third-party platform, or applicable law.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected misuse to admin@thefactorydeals.com. We investigate reports we receive. Where a client engagement breaches this policy, we may suspend work, require the breach to be corrected, or terminate the engagement under the Terms of Service. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue in this website, please report it to us privately before disclosing it publicly. Details are in our Security Policy.
