SERVICE WD-01

Website Development

We build websites that are fast, editable by the people who own them, and straightforward to host. That covers new marketing sites, headless CMS builds, e-commerce implementations, replatforming an existing site, and performance work on a site you already run.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

How long does a website project take?
Most projects run three to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. A single-template landing page can be quicker; a large e-commerce build or a migration with hundreds of URLs takes longer. The schedule is agreed in writing before work starts.
Can we edit the site ourselves after launch?
Yes. We model the content in a CMS so your team edits copy, images and pages without a developer. Training and written documentation are part of handover.
Do we own the code?
On full payment, rights in the final deliverables transfer to you. That excludes third-party licensed content such as stock assets and plugins, and our own proprietary frameworks and internal tools, which remain ours.
Can you migrate an existing site without losing search traffic?
That is a defined part of migration work. We inventory existing URLs, map every one to its new destination, apply 301 redirects, preserve titles and metadata where they perform, and verify crawling in Google Search Console after launch.
What hosting do you recommend?
It depends on the build. Static and hybrid sites run well on Vercel or AWS Amplify. Applications with background jobs or heavier back ends usually go to AWS or Google Cloud. We will explain the trade-offs and deploy to your own infrastructure if you prefer.
